About the Event

TransBareAll as an organisation is rooted in the principles of body positivity, sex and intimacy, and emotional well-being. So our next weekend is going to focus on our wellbeing and will explore “Our future selves”

4th - 6th August 2023

Hathersage, Derbyshire

Bookings go live at 7pm on Friday 2nd June 2023

In this retreat we take a playful look finding ourselves in the future - often as trans people it’s difficult to imagine ourselves in the future. Whether it’s no representation, or uncertain futures, we’re going to look at what blocks that and create something that we can look forward to. No matter what age you are, this is something that affects us all.

It is open to anyone who self-identifies as being on the trans spectrum or is questioning their gender – eg. trans masculine, trans feminine, trans man, trans woman, FTM, MTF, transgender man, transgender woman, transsexual man, transsexual woman, man with a trans history, woman with trans history – and non-binary / genderqueer & agender people.

You can learn more about what our residential weekends are like here.

If you require a personal assistant to come with you who doesn’t identify as this, please talk to us. We want to do everything we can to make this accessible.

Accessibility Info

The venue is St Michaels Centre in Hathersage, S32 1BB. It is about 10 mins walk, (if that), from the train station. There are also buses, which run from Sheffield. The cost of the retreat includes all meals and accommodation.

We encourage you to let us know if this is something that you might need, so that we can make provision for your PA to step out at the right times and give you privacy without it feeling like a big deal. All of this will be confidential.
