Touch and Boundaries
TransBareAll as an organisation is rooted in the principles of emotional well-being, as well as being sex and body positive.
So our next weekend will be focused on the topic of “Touch and Boundaries”.
20th – 22nd March 2026
Hathersage, Derbyshire
Bookings go live at 7pm on Monday 5th January 2026
Join us for a relaxed, grounding weekend exploring touch, choice, and the boundaries that help us feel safe, connected, and fully ourselves. We’ll look at the boundaries we set around our bodies, our relationships, and our emotional space, and how being trans or non-binary can shape the way we navigate them.
Over the weekend, we’ll create a supportive environment to help you figure out what healthy boundaries look like for you: how to set them, honour them, and communicate them, while still making the kinds of connections you want. Together we’ll explore how boundaries help define our sense of self, strengthen our awareness of our own needs and rights, and give us more agency over how we move through the world. This is about celebrating our bodies, understanding our limits, and noticing when we might need care.
Like all TBA retreats, this weekend is grounded in body positivity, sex and intimacy, and emotional wellbeing. It’s open to people of all trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming identities - anyone who self-identifies as being on the trans spectrum or is questioning their gender.
This includes anyone who is trans masculine, trans feminine, trans man, trans woman, FTM, MTF, transgender man, transgender woman, transsexual man, transsexual woman, man with a trans history, woman with trans history – and non-binary, genderqueer, agender people, or anyone who's gender sits outside the binary.
Arrival for the weekend is from 4pm onwards on the Friday with dinner being served at around 7-7.30pm.
Workshops start on the Saturday at 10am and finish around 5.30. We ask that people do their best to attend the workshops to get the most out of the weekend.
Departure for the weekend is around 12.30-1.30pm on the Sunday, sandwiches are available to make for your journey home.

The accommodation consists of dorm type rooms of various sizes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible with assist bars in the accessible bathroom. We have lots of breaks throughout the day, but if you have needs that might mean you can't attend all of the workshops we can work around that. We will ask you for dietary requirements at the point of registration. Please ensure that you include detail about allergies and other dietary requirements.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a personal assistant (PA) with you. We will be able to accommodate PAs. We also want to acknowledge that, depending on what type of PA relationship you have, you may want to have privacy to discuss and explore certain things without your PA present. We encourage you to let us know if this is something that you might need, so that we can make provision for your PA to step out at the right times and give you privacy without it feeling like a big deal. All of this will be confidential.
